We shall bring considerations\/critics regarding sensitive and obscure issues of LGPD, as well as the orientations which shall be published by the national authority, the monitoring\/penalties applied over Brazil and even commentaries on decisions of Brazilian courts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our intention with this blog is to educate our reader on the LGPD by bringing you news and information regarding practice and legislation from other jurisdictions, such as the European Union, the USA, Japan, and other South American countries. And, at some point, we intend to include contributions from specialists in data protection and privacy worldwide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The blog is the newest mission of Kestener Granja &amp; Vieira and we intend to provide you with information on all topics related to data protection and privacy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Welcome to Habeas Data: the right to privacy.
